ARTICLE ONE - CHARACTER SELECTION AND CREATION
Click the Character List, and pick someone from the list who isn't taken, or hell make an OC character!

You absolutely may not ask for someone else's slot.

--You can apply for a version of that character. (i.e. dark/2P/Fem or Male/child/chibi, etc.)

OC's are accepted, as long as you can give a good description!

We don't like negative, or mean characters. It's okay once in a while, but it's inappropriate when constant.

Head-cannons are accepted, and encouraged! Be creative~

ARTICLE TWO - CHATROOM ETIQUETTE
The rules are basic: read the rules, choose a character and fill out the application; but here are some things to help you make friends, and not get removed from the chat and group. And overall, help you be a better role-player in general!

There are married/dating characters in the chat, some with pairings you'll love, and some you might not be fond of.

--You may not, under any circumstance, ask, tell, or threaten the RPer to break up with them simply because you don't like that pairing.

No interrupting a Lemon RP unless you're the spouse or lover, or asked to join by the RPers. Meaning that yes, there is going to be some mature role-plays in the chat, that depict sexual activities.

--If you are feeling awkward or uncomfortable, or are just too young, just tell the RPers and they will move it to a separate chat. We wouldn't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

You maybe not be rude to the RPer when out of character, or in character for that matter, unless it's with good reason. For many people this is a place to escape to, so let's be nice~

--You may not be disrespectful to those who believe in their own religion or politics. Not everyone going to agree with you and it will start a fight, and hurt feelings.

You must use ( ) [ ] or (( )) when not RPing/OOC/Out of Character.

--No writing in TEXT form. This isn't a phone. And we prefer it if you're literate.

There are some story lines. Do not try to change them. They are not yours to change.

Please refrain from using bright, flashing icons. There are some people who cannot look at that due to seizures or just because it hurts their eyes. Be courteous to our members.

DO. NOT. SPAM. Some people capture screen-shots while on the chat so please do NOT spam. There are only a few exceptions to this rule.

It is crucial to be apart of the chat, (i.e. being active, fan-art or literature, whatever your preference) but drama is strictly not allowed, unless in the form of an RP. If something happens with someone on the chat, you bring it up with the S.S. through a note, or keep is out of the chat.

--If you cause fighting, or drama within the chat you will be automatically suspended for a week. No exceptions.


ARTICLE THREE - THE SENIOR STAFF
We are the people who work to control, operate, and run the chatroom and the group~

You must ask one of the Senior Staff members if you want a date planned in the events. They do not have to agree with you or let you have that day.

--You may not bother them, note them, and comment them on the subject when they say no or you will be blocked from their pages and possibly the chat.

The senior staff must be respected. We have full control over the chat to keep it the best we can. You may not undermine us and threaten us because you will get banned.

--You will have three warnings. You may not attack any of the senior members if they kick you for being disrespectful, mean, and just uncalled for when Out-of-Character.

ARTICLE FOUR - BEING INACTIVE
This is a big problem on our chat, so we have some new rules about it~

You must be active for at least an hour collectively, each week!

Remember that after 2 weeks of inactivity, you will be noted about your absence. You will have a week to respond.

--NOTE: There is an exception. If you have a legitimate reason for being inactive then your spot will not be tampered with. Please be sure to notify one of the Senior Staff Members and explain why you will be inactive or on a hiatus.

After three weeks, (or a month, depending) you will be notified that you're being removed, and your space will become open again to the public.

--You can reapply if you're removed.

Who do you want to be and how do you view them? (i.e. personality, appearance, background.)

How do you feel about Crack Parings?

How do you feel about yaoi or yuri? (i.e. boyXboy, and girlXgirl)

How do you feel about questionable topics? (i.e. M!Preg, violence, rape, mature situations, etc.)

Do you understand that there are people above you and rules that must be followed and to disobey them will risk you being kick or banned from the chat?

What timezone/country do you live in? We need this information in order to determine when you're likely to be online so we don't kick you for being inactive.

Do you agree to the term: "If you cause fighting, or drama within the chat you will be automatically suspended for a week. No exceptions."?

Respect the Senior Staff and your fellow members of the chat. Respect earns respect~

Be positive, friendly, and considerate! This is a place to make friends~

No drama or fighting. Keep it civil~

Be active! It's no fun to join and never do anything~

Be literate! We need to understand you. So no text lingo~

~okami129 suggested that we do a torture day in which you get to torture whomever you want, whenever you want.  Of course it wouldn't be exactly fair if you just went around torturing people without their consent, so this would be some sort of sign up/volunteer stuff once we get, or if we even get the 'Go' from =MoonlessDepth; the chat's founder.

If we DO get the 'Go' from MD, then tell us whether you want to be the victim or torturer via comments.  You can pair up in groups, etc.  Of course we want this to be balanced out, so if we seem to have a large list of torturers/victims (which will be posted once we get a green light from our founder), you might have to volunteer as the minority (Yeah I'm terrible at phrasing, that's all that could come to mind--).

In the meantime, tell us what you think, and when you think this should be hosted.  It'd be preferable if it were to be hosted after May 4th, and on a weekend.  Not a weekday (i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thrusday), although Fridays are acceptable.
